How long will my order take?

Every Happy Little Cloud creation is lovingly handcrafted just for you. My current turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks before dispatch. If you need something sooner, feel free to message me, I’ll always do my best. A rush fee may apply.

 

Can I personalise a mobile or wall charm?

Absolutely! Personalisation is available on all my items. Whether it’s a name, a special date, or a custom colour palette, just let me know when you order.

 

Do you accept custom orders?

Are your mobiles safe for babies?

Please note: My mobiles and wall charms are for decorative use only. They should always be kept safely out of reach of little hands.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I’m based in North Yorkshire, UK and ship worldwide (except to the EU due to new import regulations) Shipping times vary by location, you’ll get tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

What is your return policy?

As each item is handmade to order, I don’t accept returns unless your item arrives damaged. If there’s a problem, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make it right.
